A few years ago there was a big problem in regards to Reform and
Conservative conversions being done in the USA as those conversions
were not being recognized as valid in Israel for purposes of the
Law of Return. In fact, Reform and Conservative conversions were
never recognized by the vast majority of the Jews in the world,
certainly not by the Orthodox and the Modern Orthodox Jews.
What about the conversions being done by Chabad? They are also NOT
being recognized in Israel or the rest of the Jewish world. In fact,
Chabad conversions are even worse, much worse, than those conversions
that were once done by the Reform and Conservative.
First, it is a known fact that Chabad "Rabbis" do quick conversions for
money. Any rich "Jew" who wants to get married to a young and beautiful
non-Jewish girl, can take her to the local Chabad "Rabbi" for a quick
conversion. How quick? Less than a week! Is it possible to convert
someone so fast so that she can get married to her "Jewish" boyfriend?
Of course not! Why do they do it? Money! The standard fee Chabad
"Rabbis" charge for one of these quick conversions is $77000 dollars.
But not everyone can afford these quick conversions, so they do a regular
conversion. A Chabad conversion is ONLY recognized by Chabad and it will
NEVER be recognized by the Israeli Rabbinical Courts or by any Jew who has
any basic knowledge of Jewish Law. A conversion by Chabad is considered
to be much worse than a conversion by the Reform and Conservative.
Among other problems, Chabad converts believe that the Chabad Rebbe,
Menachem Mendel Schneerson, who died in 1994, is the Moshiach. This
ridiculous belief contradicts basic principles of Judaism. Any normal
Jew understands that Chabad is NOT part of Orthodox Judaism.
What are the qualifications of a Chabad "Rabbi"? That he wears a black suit
and even a black hat? That maybe he even talks with an Yiddish accent?
Chabad "Rabbis" are not recognized as Rabbis by any real Rabbis.
Try to imagine a hospital full of doctors who never went to medical school
but they call each other "doctor". Thousands of these "doctors" who start
setting up similar hospitals all over the world. A real doctor would not consider
these "doctors" to be real doctors. Would you trust these fake "doctors"?
Would you go into the operating room with one of these "doctors"?
Chabad "Rabbis" are Fake Rabbis
